Sen jest dobrodziejstwem, do którego prawie każdy z nas ma dostęp, ale nie każdy z niego korzysta. Ale żeby było jasne - nie mam na myśli snu, kiedy jest się młodym rodzicem, bo to już jest zupełnie inna historia 😅 Chcemy zbyt dużo zrobić w zbyt krótkim czasie, tracąc na tym cenne godziny odpoczynku. Wrzućmy czasem na luz i dajmy zregenerować się naszym organizmom. I tak już dużo od nich wymagamy 😊 Dobranoc!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Sleep is such a valuable thing that most of us have access to, but not everyone takes advantage of that. Just to make it clear - I’m not talking about young parents, that’s a whole different story 😅 We want to do a lot in a short period of time, losing the important hours of rest.
